Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance for equipment across substations, gates, administration buildings, staff colony areas, and workstations.
  • •Attend equipment breakdowns to diagnose faults, correct issues, and act as a supervisor for repair areas while responding to hazards.
  • •Record job, manpower, and equipment status in shift logbooks; maintain breakdown records and breakdown reports for the shift.
  • •Create and implement preventive maintenance documents as per schedule using planned maintenance software and ensure maintenance practices minimize downtime.
  • •Conduct routine inspections of emergency generators, administration building lift, fire systems, and yard flood lights, adhering to HSE policies and coordinating external contractors for critical breakdowns.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • •In-depth mechanical knowledge of engines, hydraulics, ropes, and gear box systems.
  • •In-depth electrical knowledge of PLC and drive systems.
  • •Ability to perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and corrective actions on equipment.
  • •Ability to prioritize issues by severity and respond promptly to hazards and unsafe conditions.
