Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct technical discovery with partners to understand client needs and desired outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives.
  • •Drive partner enablement at scale, including onboarding platform/model updates and creating partner enablement assets (decks, docs, videos, reference architectures).
  • •Support partners in qualifying opportunities and progress deals with Mistral sales teams using technical expertise and insights.
  • •Act as “user zero” for newly deployed models/features/tools to crash-test, document, recommend improvements, and escalate feedback to engineering.
  • •Guide deployment of the text completion API and help fine-tune models for customer requirements, providing post-deployment support.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in technical partner pre-sales or consulting with partner/customer-facing interactions (e.g., Implementation Consultant, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer).
  • •Experience partnering with large cloud or platform providers, leading technical account strategy, proof-of-concept scoping, and execution.
  • •Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions and applying technical skills during implementations.
  • •Strong Python development skills with the ability to integrate data from multiple sources, plus working knowledge of cloud architecture and AI/ML deployment patterns.
