Job Summary

Drive adoption of an enterprise AI platform and models by partnering with the Partner and GTM teams across pre-sale discovery, enablement, and deal progression. Own technical onboarding of platform and model updates, create partner enablement assets, and support qualification and post-deployment success. Act as “user zero” for new model deployments, help partners integrate and deploy the text completion API, fine-tune models, and relay feedback to engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct technical discovery with partners to understand client needs and desired outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives.
•Drive partner enablement at scale, including onboarding platform/model updates and creating partner enablement assets (decks, docs, videos, reference architectures).
•Support partners in qualifying opportunities and progress deals with Mistral sales teams using technical expertise and insights.
•Act as “user zero” for newly deployed models/features/tools to crash-test, document, recommend improvements, and escalate feedback to engineering.
•Guide deployment of the text completion API and help fine-tune models for customer requirements, providing post-deployment support.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in technical partner pre-sales or consulting with partner/customer-facing interactions (e.g., Implementation Consultant, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer).
•Experience partnering with large cloud or platform providers, leading technical account strategy, proof-of-concept scoping, and execution.
•Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions and applying technical skills during implementations.
•Strong Python development skills with the ability to integrate data from multiple sources, plus working knowledge of cloud architecture and AI/ML deployment patterns.
•Experience running solution design workshops and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
