Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable experience; advance degree preferred.
  • •Knowledge of distributed multi-tier systems, algorithms, and relational databases, plus data structures supporting complex system functionality.
  • •Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as IaaS and PaaS, including servers, Java Virtual Machines (JVMs), databases, and networking solutions.
  • •Knowledge of ITIL and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) practice.
  • •Experience in technology service delivery, application maintenance, or technical support, including designing/coding automation and troubleshooting across platforms and languages (Java, HTML5, JavaScript, .NET).
