Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and validate sourcing/spend data (buyer info, bid items, volumes, pricing, supplier details) for cost reduction, improvement, and avoidance.
  • •Validate 12-month value impacts for CR, CI, CA, and working capital in coordination with Category Managers and suppliers.
  • •Generate spend reports for leadership and provide monthly/weekly cost market updates; reconcile rebate or signing bonus data via SAP.
  • •Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions, improving efficiency and supporting benchmark reporting and inventory control analysis.
  • •Conduct procurement and internal customer training, ensure data integrity, manage pricing and source lists, and support projects during on-site collaboration as needed.

Salary: USD 70,000 - 97,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Demonstrated SAP experience and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel.
