Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost management delivery for a portfolio of large-scale data center construction projects, including leadership of cost management teams.
  • •Serve as the primary client interface across project stages, maintaining clear, professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost control, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Track and report commercial and cost status, including margins, forecasting, and resource planning; develop risk mitigation strategies using KPIs and internal controls.
  • •Conduct audits related to quality and compliance, drive process/tool improvements, and support business development activities such as proposals and RFP responses.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field; graduate degree preferred.
  • •8+ years of experience in cost management within large-scale construction.
  • •Proven experience leading teams and managing complex, multi-project programs.
  • •Strong cost control and commercial acumen, including contract knowledge and change management.
  • •SME in Quantity Surveying with RICS certification (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
