Key Responsibilities

•Develops and communicates the long-term strategy and vision for the APAC Region in line with the overall HPS business strategic vision.
•Ensures close partnership with the HPS sales organization, develops a healthy pipeline of orders, and engages on pre-sales opportunities with strategy and customer presentations.
•Provides leadership to program teams around business plans for customer terms/contract conditions.
•Establishes and maintains a management operating system to monitor and address the health of the business.
•Owns and drives diversification and growth in newer markets by building the skill set and competencies on project execution in newer verticals.

•Minimum of fifteen years of progressive experience in commercial management with P&L responsibility, including General Manager experience in a projects business.
