Handle client transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records and properly handling assigned monies. Provide an excellent client experience by engaging clients, completing standardized and more complex transactions with support, and identifying financial needs. Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs and online/mobile banking. Support sales through outbound calling and integrated relationship management, help with new account openings, and follow internal controls, procedures, and risk policies.
