Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise others, monitor daily work, track and approve timesheets and time off, manage performance goals and check-ins, and enter HRIS updates for promotions, transitions, and separations.
  • •Co-develop and implement integrated advancement strategies with U.S. Office Advancement leadership, including church engagement, donor acquisition, and private fundraising to achieve financial goals.
  • •Lead campaign readiness and execution across assigned offices, coordinating major donor and mass marketing strategies and ensuring teams have tools and resources to meet campaign objectives.
  • •Monitor local office progress against lead/lag indicators and fundraising goals; support messaging and branding with story collection, social media, email marketing, and brand guideline adherence.
  • •Provide training and support for HubSpot, Dynamics, RENXT and other CRM tools to build and manage donor pipelines; coach fundraising staff on sales processes, lead cultivation, forecasting, and portfolio tiering.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 81,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field).
  • •5+ years of progressive nonprofit fundraising experience, including major gift pipeline development.
  • •2+ years of direct supervisory experience, including performance management, goal tracking, professional development, and team coaching.
  • •Strong project management skills, from ideation through implementation and completion.
  • •Experience with Raisers Edge NXT and/or HubSpot, plus fluency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
