Job Summary

Join the CEO Office to help turn AI neobank priorities into execution across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships, and market launch. You’ll drive CEO-level initiatives end-to-end, track OKRs and decision-making, prepare briefs and research notes, and coordinate across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and country teams. You’ll identify execution gaps, unblock cross-functional work, and own urgent problems that span departments.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution.
•Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams.
•Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
•Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.
•Work across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and country teams to identify execution gaps and resolve urgent cross-department problems.

Key Requirements

•Be a high-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
•Demonstrate strong written communication and structured thinking, with reliable follow-through.
•Work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
•Handle ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities with good judgment on what matters and what needs escalation.
•Have experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments.
