Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage enterprise executives, IT, business stakeholders, and partners to identify needs and propose solutions with technical insight.
  • •Design Box AI/use-case scenarios (including AI agents, AI Studio, search/Deep Research, data extraction, workflow automation) and translate them into demos, workshops, and proposals.
  • •Design and support integrations with Microsoft 365/Teams, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, ServiceNow, and customer applications.
  • •Propose solutions aligned with enterprise security and governance needs such as classification, access controls, threat mitigation, audits, and data residency.
  • •Lead account-team execution across sales, CSM, consultants, and partners to drive adoption, expansion, and long-term value post-launch.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of IT industry experience, plus 2+ years in pre-sales, solution architect, IT consulting, or project management.
  • •Practical knowledge in one or more areas such as cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, applications, data, or security.
  • •Ability to structure ambiguous customer problems and independently develop value hypotheses, technical architecture, and implementation steps.
  • •Knowledge or strong interest in APIs, OAuth/SSO, SaaS integrations, workflow automation, and generative AI/AI agents.
  • •Business-level fluent Japanese and read/write-level English proficiency.
