•Launch and grow a de novo banking center by prospecting and establishing First Horizon’s presence and reputation in the market.
•Act as the primary business developer by generating leads, pursuing new client relationships, and driving new business across SMB and consumer segments.
•Lead high-impact sales activities through proactive sales calls, networking, and participation in community events to build a pipeline of prospective clients.
•Recruit, coach, and motivate a high-performing team and ensure readiness for all client interactions.
•Ensure rigorous regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and risk management to drive profitability while delivering quality, accurate, and timely customer service.
