Job Summary

Act as the interface between Allianz Technology and OE (Customer), leading and escalating in management meetings and supporting operational reviews for AGN topics. Plan and organize meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, track activities, and coordinate service offers through to approval. Monitor operational and capacity reports, produce ad hoc analyses, and organize or participate in operational workshops. Work in an international environment focused on high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the interface between Allianz Technology and OE (Customer), participate in management decisions, and act as the escalation point.
•Lead AGN-related topics in operational management review meetings by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas/minutes, and tracking activities.
•Prepare service offers for each project and track and document their approval.
•Create weekly operational reports and review capacity reports.
•Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses and organize or participate in operational workshops.

Key Requirements

•At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with management exposure in an international environment, with prior Information Technology experience as an advantage.
•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field, with basic technical understanding (Router, LAN, WAN) and MS Office knowledge.
•Availability to travel approximately 25% of the time (about 1 week per month).
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and remain self-driven.
•Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages (German or French) are beneficial.
