  • •Develop, execute, and maintain firmware test plans including functional, regression, stress, corner-case, and long-duration reliability testing.

  • •Perform root-cause analysis for firmware defects and drive containment, corrective actions, and verification of fixes.
  • •Create and manage quality dashboards, KPIs, failure rates, and reliability metrics; evaluate failure modes and propose improvements.

Key Requirements
