Job Summary

Lead manufacturing operations at Emerson’s Sherman, Texas facility, overseeing assembly, paint, logistics, receiving, and material planning. •Drive SQDCIP performance and maintain daily management systems with visibility into operational performance, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
•Ensure effective execution of production schedules while optimizing labor, equipment, and material resources.
•Champion safety and compliance by enforcing OSHA and company safety policies and leading risk mitigation through audits and corrective actions.
•Lead Lean Manufacturing and value stream improvements, including daily/standard work, problem-solving, value stream mapping, and cross-functional coordination from order release through shipment.

•Experience leading operations within a high-mix, configure-to-order, or engineer-to-order manufacturing environment.
•Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving operational performance improvements.
•Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and operational excellence systems.
