Job Summary

Generate qualified pipeline by identifying companies actively hiring for roles Wing can support and researching their needs, pain points, and timelines. Conduct outbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn to hold early discovery conversations and book qualified meetings for Account Executives. Partner closely with the sales team, share key discovery details, and keep CRM activity and pipeline data accurate. Feed prospect insights back to Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine outreach.

•Reach out to prospective customers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
•Run outbound campaigns based on hiring signals, job postings, company growth, and operational pain points.
•Hold early discovery conversations to understand needs, pain points, urgency, and openness to remote talent or AI-enabled solutions, then communicate Wing’s value to earn next meetings.
•Partner with Account Executives by handing off opportunities with context and maintaining accurate CRM activity and pipeline data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,000 - 1,800 monthly

Key Requirements

•1–4+ years in sales, business development, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, or a comparable outbound role.
•Interest in B2B sales, with bonus points for experience in SaaS, AI, staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, or global workforce operations.
•Proven background in sales prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, or high-volume outbound outreach.
•Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to be concise and compelling.
•Strong research skills to turn hiring signals into relevant outbound messaging.
