Job Summary

Lead and mentor a team in NVIDIA’s Cloud Solution HPC/AI Infrastructure organization, driving software automation for provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of data centers. Own technical direction, priorities, and code review while delivering full-cycle solutions with internal and external stakeholders. Troubleshoot distributed system issues and improve observability and reliability. Partner cross-functionally with architects, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.

•Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, setting technical direction, priorities, and growth goals.
•Design and develop an automation platform to provision, configure, and monitor HPC data centers.
•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver robust full-cycle solutions.
•Troubleshoot issues in distributed environments and drive improvements in observability and reliability.
•Lead code review, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement activities while partnering cross-functionally for releases.

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Computer Science/related field.
•6+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing software development teams.
•Proven ability to lead technical teams: hiring, mentoring, technical road mapping, and cross-team influence.
•Strong programming skills with motivation for automation and tooling.
•Strong problem solving, design, and debugging skills with good communication and interpersonal abilities.
