Support U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services’ market-leading CLO business in London by managing transaction deliverables such as waterfalls, investor reports, and hypothetical test trades. Key Responsibilities

•Develop partnerships with Relationship Management and Deal Administration to support client deliverables and improve efficiency and delivery processes.
•Manage ongoing transaction deliverables, including waterfalls, investor reports, and hypothetical test trades.
•Calculate portfolio statistics, ratios, and thresholds for reporting and hypothetical trading scenarios.
•Read and interpret trust indentures to determine reporting requirements and create technical report specifications from indenture language.
•Set up payment calculations, reconcile collateral data, and use SQL and in-house systems to manipulate collateral information, coordinating with internal partners to meet service standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
•2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to CLOs, syndicated bank loans, fixed income securities, securitisation, or debt capital markets.
•Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to identify and resolve exceptions while interpreting data accurately.
•Experience with financial models and advanced Excel skills (advantageous).
•Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
