Own the roadmap and end-to-end delivery of an agentic AI platform powering customer experiences for an insurtech app. Collaborate with engineering to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails while balancing latency, cost, and accuracy. Act as a technical translator, improving answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation through rigorous experimentation. Work with OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next-gen voice models and workflow automation.
