Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • •Produce and present final cost plans and provide cost estimate updates at design milestones.
  • •Review and coordinate with design services and the general contractor on cost estimates; reconcile changes to ensure contractor data is accurate.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, cost auditing/valuation, and manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
  • •Produce monthly cost reports, support final account negotiations, manage cost impact/contingency and commitment tracking, and mentor/coaching talent.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field to construction.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it is preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects with medium to high complexity.
  • •Strong communication skills and good knowledge of construction procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
