Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the project manager with planning, scheduling, management of changes, project monitoring, and project controls reporting.
  • •Establish and maintain the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and master schedule baselines for engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
  • •Develop initial and detailed schedules based on awarded work and create schedule scenarios (before/after), supporting schedule variance analysis.
  • •Conduct critical path analysis and perform schedule risk/issue identification to support recovery actions and claims.
  • •Coordinate scheduler activities, assist with change procedures, and support business development scheduling needs during proposal phases.

Key Requirements

  • •8-12 years of experience in project scheduling post-graduation, preferably in offshore wind, offshore O&G, or marine industries.
  • •Proven capability in project controls and use of Primavera and Microsoft planning products (e.g., Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, Microsoft Project).
  • •Understanding of project controls to align schedule and monitoring activities with program objectives.
  • •Must be able to analyze the effect of schedule performance on project completion and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • •Degree holder in Arts/Commerce/Science/Engineering plus an MBA (Operations management) or a project management diploma/certificate (asset); PMP certification is advantageous.
