Key Responsibilities

  • •Support employees with software and hardware issues as part of a desktop support team via in person, phone, or an enterprise ticketing system.
  • •Receive and process IT support calls/emails, tracking issues to resolution using a help desk system.
  • •Respond to phone, email, and internal requests, including Accounting/Payroll/HR software application support with Windows troubleshooting.
  • •Perform device and account tasks such as setting up user accounts, resetting passwords, troubleshooting PCs, mobile devices, printers, and phones, and configuring/shipping devices.
  • •Document, track, and monitor problems; provide hands-on/virtual training and write knowledge documents and troubleshooting guides.
