•Oversee ~50 department staff, provide mentorship and performance evaluation
•Collaborate with Client Account Managers, Practice Area Leaders, and Business Line Leadership to grow profitable backlog and drive wins/bookings
•Lead budgets for business development portfolio management and project oversight, and guide capture strategies for major pursuits
•Ensure project management practices align with AECOM Project Delivery System and Quality Management System, and monitor cash flow and working capital

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 165,000 annually

•Bachelor Degree in Geology, Environmental Science Engineering, or related field AND 8 years of experience in a technical discipline with a proven track record in both project management and business development

•Must pass a background check and a motor vehicle records check.
•Strong knowledge and track record in environmental/remediation business and risk-based asset management (preferred)
•15+ years related experience (preferred)
