Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive program performance to meet/exceed client satisfaction and KPIs across major programs/projects
  • •Oversee ~50 department staff, provide mentorship and performance evaluation
  • •Collaborate with Client Account Managers, Practice Area Leaders, and Business Line Leadership to grow profitable backlog and drive wins/bookings
  • •Lead budgets for business development portfolio management and project oversight, and guide capture strategies for major pursuits
  • •Ensure project management practices align with AECOM Project Delivery System and Quality Management System, and monitor cash flow and working capital

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor Degree in Geology, Environmental Science Engineering, or related field AND 8 years of experience in a technical discipline with a proven track record in both project management and business development
  • •US citizen or Permanent Resident. Sponsorship for this role at this time and in the future will not be available.
  • •Must pass a background check and a motor vehicle records check.
  • •Strong knowledge and track record in environmental/remediation business and risk-based asset management (preferred)
  • •15+ years related experience (preferred)
