Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with GSB AMS Service business leaders to provide financial and operational insights that support business performance and data-driven decision making.
  • •Perform complex financial and operational analysis for the Service business, including forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • •Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to improve visibility and performance tracking.
  • •Support Service Revenue Recognition processes by analyzing service transactions, contract structures, invoicing, accruals, and revenue-related events in line with company policies.
  • •Drive automation initiatives using advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to transform datasets into actionable insights and streamline processes across the Service organization.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of work experience in finance-related roles such as financial planning and analysis, accounting, service finance, or business operations.
  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline (or commensurate experience).
  • •Strong capability in financial and operational analysis, including forecasting support, budgeting, monthly close, and variance analysis.
  • •Experience building and maintaining financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to improve business visibility and performance tracking.
  • •Working knowledge of revenue recognition processes and service transaction analysis, including contract structures, invoicing, accruals, and revenue-related business events.
