Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and support front-end engineering systems for the assigned product line.
  • •Drive improvements for COE/COD automation tools and provide continued learning on expected software use and best practices.
  • •Provide onsite first-point escalation support for systems issues/requests, including root-cause determination and communications to stakeholders.
  • •Support prioritization of MI and DA system issue tickets through individual contribution and coordination with Eaton resources.
  • •Maintain familiarity with COE/COD processes and support continuous testing for enhancements and bug fixes as deployed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science from an accredited institution.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Candidates must be currently residing within a 70 mile radius of Arden, NC (Active-Duty Military exempt).
  • •Experience with Eaton COE product line systems and configuration requirements and associated systems/processes.
  • •Working knowledge of tools such as Bid Manager, MI Manager, Design Automation, DCMS, POM, ENOVIA, MAPICS, AutoCAD, or similar site-specific tools.
