Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate management and spend of strategic foundry suppliers for post fab/advanced packaging, reporting to the Director Foundry Procurement.
  • •Develop global procurement strategy and implement a supplier development program focused on long-term cost, quality, and service.
  • •Lead the driven bidding process, including analysis, price negotiation, and business awards.
  • •Own supplier performance management (SPM) and quarterly scorecard processes to review service levels.
  • •Drive procurement management processes (e.g., NPI/NRE program management, spend/savings reporting, ordering support, and action tracking) and maintain market research/benchmarking.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,100 - 219,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA degree and MBA.
  • •Extensive foundry or semiconductor experience, ideally with post fab and advanced packaging services.
  • •Strong negotiation and sourcing skills.
