Propulsion Engineer, Chamber and Nozzle Manufacturing (Raptor)

Design, implement, and scale manufacturing processes for Raptor thrust chamber and nozzle extension hardware, improving throughput, dimensional accuracy, repeatability, and cycle times while maintaining extreme quality across reuse cycles. Own fabrication and assembly methods, create tooling and workholding solutions, and build data pipelines for statistical process control and predictive/ML defect reduction. Partner with propulsion, materials, production, and supply chain teams to convert designs into robust, scalable production and maintain full production line ownership.
