•Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component replacements on the Class 8 fleet.
•Diagnose electrical, engine, and transmission problems using diagnostic tools and software.
•Repair aftertreatment systems (DEF/emissions), perform regens, and change filters.
•Maintain accurate records, optimize vehicle performance, and minimize downtime with the team.
•Follow safety protocols and best practices to keep the fleet DOT compliant.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks and trailers or similar equipment.
•Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for diesel engines, transmissions, and vehicle systems.
•Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics.
•Minimum of two ASE Certifications within the first 6 months of employment (T-series highly valued).
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to perform physical maintenance tasks.
