Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and implement advanced customizations and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
•Develop and extend Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
•Build custom components including plugins, workflows, web resources, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
•Design and implement data integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
•Optimize CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, support migrations/upgrades, and participate in code reviews and mentoring junior developers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
•Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and .NET Framework/Core.
•Deep knowledge customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
•Experience integrating systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
