Key Requirements

  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and drive improvements in fleet performance.
  • •Experience in aircraft engineering, maintenance, airworthiness, or a similar technical environment.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively and engage stakeholders across operational and engineering teams.
  • •Strong focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Experience working with technical data, reporting, and analytics tools; exposure to SQL or Python is advantageous, plus an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer qualification or Degree in Aeronautical Engineering (or equivalent).
