Líder de Planificación/Programación

Lead planning and scheduling workstreams for mining and minerals projects, managing and developing the project programmer team. Own the creation, review, update, and maintenance of schedules across execution phases, and coordinate with Wood functions and external stakeholders to develop and maintain project timelines. Produce executive and detailed progress reporting, analyze schedule performance (critical path, sequences, progress curves), set forecasts, manage change impacts, and present status updates to internal and client audiences.
