Job Summary

Lead a retail store team to drive sales performance and coach staff while maintaining exceptional operational, commercial, and customer service standards. Support delivery of annual sales targets, manage schedules and store coverage, conduct operations audits for compliance, and oversee after-sales repair/return processes. Ensure visual merchandising, accurate promotions and pricing, inventory execution, loss prevention, cash handling, and clean store presentation, while generating sales reports and submitting daily invoices to Finance.

Key Responsibilities

•Support delivery of the store’s annual sales targets through performance and development of the Store Sales team.
•Ensure high customer service standards by managing coverage and schedule, resolving complaints, and identifying customer needs.
•Conduct store operations audits to ensure compliance with required store standard operating policies.
•Oversee after-sales processes and ensure full adherence to repair/return policies and procedures with internal stakeholders.
•Manage store operations including cash handling, inventory taking and record keeping, loss prevention compliance, and in-bound receiving/stocking/restocking and discrepancies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
•Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a similar supervisory role in retail operations.
•Fluent English (written and spoken).
•Industry expertise and product/category knowledge.
•Proficiency with MS Office and tools.
