Job Summary

Lead maintenance teams across the plant to install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on critical equipment across facilities, utilities, and the powerhouse. Coordinate with Production to schedule maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, and implement predictive/preventive systems including TPM and SOPs. Drive maintenance KPIs and reporting, ensure USDA compliance, and provide continuity of required tasks when key personnel are absent. Supervise and develop maintenance staff and processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead maintenance teams (Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians) for predictive and preventative maintenance, and machine repairs.
•Schedule and coordinate maintenance with Production; develop and implement maintenance systems (Prevention/Predictive, TPM, SOPs, Safety).
•Troubleshoot equipment failures and provide day-to-day support for problem analysis and long-term solutions.
•Maintain compliance with USDA regulations and keep accurate maintenance records and inventory.
•Monitor maintenance performance using KPIs and provide regular status reports to maintenance management; ensure continuity and delegate tasks when key personnel are absent.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 97,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Experience acting as a lead by training, coaching, mentoring less experienced staff, or managing a process or project.
•Ability to lead problem solving and troubleshooting for high-level process issues.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office; may need to work long hours and weekends.
