Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance teams (Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians) for predictive and preventative maintenance, and machine repairs.
  • •Schedule and coordinate maintenance with Production; develop and implement maintenance systems (Prevention/Predictive, TPM, SOPs, Safety).
  • •Troubleshoot equipment failures and provide day-to-day support for problem analysis and long-term solutions.
  • •Maintain compliance with USDA regulations and keep accurate maintenance records and inventory.
  • •Monitor maintenance performance using KPIs and provide regular status reports to maintenance management; ensure continuity and delegate tasks when key personnel are absent.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
