Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee hardware obsolescence development and software capabilities development, and support proposal activities to advance business growth.
  • •Lead critical hardware and software development execution; develop and manage milestones, program plans, schedules, and budgets using EVMS tools and processes.
  • •Support quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs), including cost estimate development, test of reasonableness, and risk/opportunity assessment.
  • •Maintain customer relationships and provide regular reporting to senior leadership via monthly operating reviews and quarterly EACs.
  • •Collaborate with cross-business teams to align support resources; coordinate with other Sentinel programs to ensure Top-level Master Phasing and Integrated Master Schedules meet program strategies, objectives, and milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 8 years.
  • •Existing Secret security clearance (DoD) or ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
  • •EVMS certified with applied experience as an EVMS practitioner, IPT Lead, or EV Manager on a program.
  • •Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals, and preparing proposal review and start-up packages for management approval.
  • •Experience with MS Office tools; ability to travel domestically/internationally (~20%).
