Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead executive workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
  • •Co-create AI adoption roadmaps and develop business cases with ROI with Account Executives.
  • •Architect end-to-end AI solutions and partner with the Applied AI team to design, prototype, and deploy in production.
  • •Own pilot projects and proofs-of-value to demonstrate impact and enable full-scale deployment.
  • •Advise customers on AI strategy, track KPI outcomes, and identify expansion opportunities; bridge customer feedback to internal roadmaps.
