Job Summary

Drive the adoption and deployment of Mistral’s AI solutions with enterprise customers, from executive workshops and AI roadmap design through production implementation. Partner with the Applied AI team to architect, prototype, and deploy scalable AI workflows, while owning pilots and proofs-of-value. Serve as a trusted advisor for value realization, track business-outcome KPIs, and work across teams to influence product and research roadmaps—bridging presales to postsales.

•Lead executive workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
•Co-create AI adoption roadmaps and develop business cases with ROI with Account Executives.
•Architect end-to-end AI solutions and partner with the Applied AI team to design, prototype, and deploy in production.
•Own pilot projects and proofs-of-value to demonstrate impact and enable full-scale deployment.
•Advise customers on AI strategy, track KPI outcomes, and identify expansion opportunities; bridge customer feedback to internal roadmaps.
