•Drive and deliver brand partner marketing strategies to unlock business value for both brands and Sephora across the assigned portfolio.
•Build understanding of partner brands’ businesses, priorities, and products in partnership with the Merchandising department.
•Advise brands on omni-channel marketing approaches, including co-op advertising, sampling strategy, social media, activations, and consumer messaging.
•Own and grow relationships with brand partners, securing participation in relevant Sephora marketing programs.
•Use data to make recommendations and identify opportunities for new co-op marketing programs and partnerships.
