Job Summary

Solutions Engineers act as the Go-to-Market front line, delivering world-class product demonstrations, shaping technical deal strategy, and building scalable solutions for the GTM team. You’ll partner with Account Executives, become a SME on Qualified capabilities, understand Salesforce architecture and data enrichment, respond to security questionnaires, and translate customer feedback into product improvements.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Showcase Qualified to prospective customers with world-class product demonstrations, including custom demos, discovery demos, and technical workshops (~15 per week).
•Become a subject matter expert on Qualified’s capabilities, customer stories, and best practices.
•Build a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, marketing automation, data enrichment, and other high-leverage technologies.
•Own the technical discovery and qualification process for Qualified prospects and provide guidance on technical deal strategy.
•Partner with Account Executive teams to identify customer business goals, needs, and pains.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree
•5+ years of relevant Solutions Engineering experience
•Experience in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment
•Excellent communication skills and polished presenter
•Ability to relate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences (bonus: programming experience, Apex)
