Key Responsibilities

  • •Own You.com's developer community strategy and programming across San Francisco and New York City.
  • •Develop a consistent cadence of community programming (meetups, technical workshops, hackathons, builder dinners, office hours).
  • •Partner with DevRel and Product to create hands-on experiences that drive developers toward You.com APIs.
  • •Identify and cultivate community champions and power users as advocates, contributors, speakers, and partners.
  • •Maintain online community presence, create feedback loops to Product and Engineering, and represent You.com at technical events.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building or managing a developer, technical, startup, or AI community.
  • •Strong existing relationships within the AI and developer ecosystem, particularly in San Francisco and/or New York.

  • •Technical fluency to credibly discuss APIs, AI agents, LLMs, developer infrastructure, and modern AI application development.
