Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary contact for all travel-related inquiries via the corporate travel inbox.
  • •Respond to travelers on reservations, policy requirements, unused tickets, travel disruptions, supplier programs, and international travel.
  • •Coordinate issue resolution with the travel management company (Amex GBT), airlines, hotels, and car rental suppliers.
  • •Administer corporate travel policies and procedures, supporting traveler compliance and guidance on approved booking channels and international travel approvals.
  • •Support supplier management and billing by handling escalations and providing backup receipts for ghost card charges.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience delivering high-quality travel and administration support in a demanding, pressurised environment.
  • •Proven experience managing travel in a customer-facing role, including proactive expectation management.
  • •Excellent geographical knowledge and strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong use of Outlook and related Microsoft 365 applications.
  • •Experience managing high-volume email/shared mailbox environments and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
