•Lead the global sales training, onboarding, capability development, and learning content strategy.
•Define and monitor KPIs that track sales effectiveness, conversion, and training impact.
•Oversee all sales onboarding, ongoing training, certification programs, and learning experiences.
•Develop scalable content, tools, playbooks, and messaging frameworks to support every stage of the sales process.
•Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Quality & Regulatory, Medical Education, Medical Affairs, and Executive Leadership to align customer strategy and execution.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Adult Education, or a related field
•10+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, sales leadership, commercial training, revenue operations, or related go-to-market roles
•Master's degree (MBA or similar) preferred but not required
•Formal training or certification in sales methodologies, learning & development, or revenue operations is preferred but not required
•Experience designing and delivering sales training, onboarding programs, and capability development initiatives
