Drive store sales goals while creating an exceptional, brand-aligned experience for every guest. Provide product education and share ALO’s community and culture, confidently covering retail, yoga, and café offerings. Partner with store leadership to review performance, support action plans, and maintain effective sales floor coverage. Execute front- and back-of-house procedures, assist with shipment and product flow, and ensure a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
