Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide local accountability for shaping practice-specific technical solutions, ensuring solution integrity and delivery quality across Sweden.
  • •Oversee talent deployment, skills development, and utilization to meet client demand and strategic objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Microsoft Product Engineering Groups and delivery centers to strengthen partner positioning.
  • •Stay informed of client feedback and market trends to drive innovations and cost-to-serve improvements in the Sweden practice.
  • •Lead capacity planning for pre-sales through delivery to ensure successful execution of practice-related solutions.
