Job Summary

Lead environmental site investigation and remediation efforts for diverse clients across California and the West. Drive business development and consult on environmental remediation strategies, oversee design and project delivery, and direct teams of geologists and environmental scientists. Prepare technical reports and proposals, manage budgets, schedules, and QA/QC, and provide strategic client input across multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform business development across sectors for environmental remediation, engineering, and related services.
•Design, oversee, and direct staff- and project-level geologists and environmental scientists.
•Assist with preparation of technical reports and proposals.
•Manage multiple projects to ensure deliverables, schedules, and budgets are achieved.
•Oversee remedy construction and operation/maintenance and provide strategic inputs to multidisciplinary teams.

Key Requirements

•BS in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related science field.
•12+ years of environmental investigation/remediation and sales experience.
•Experience with remediation/assessment projects involving the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, DTSC and/or local CUPAs.
•Consulting experience remediating contaminated soil and groundwater (including soil gas and vapor intrusion).
•Ability to mentor, direct, and lead geologists, scientists, and technicians with strong communication and project management skills.
