  • •Diagnose and analyze faults in mechanical and electrical systems and carry out fast, lasting repairs.
  • •Perform preventive and predictive maintenance through regular inspections and servicing to prevent failures.
  • •Propose and implement technical improvements to increase performance, safety, and energy efficiency of production lines.
  • •Work in a safety-relevant environment while consistently following safety and occupational health regulations.
  • •Ensure reliable operation of production equipment in day-to-day maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Very strong knowledge of electrical engineering (Elektrotechnik), automation engineering (Siemens) and frequency converters (Frequenzumrichter).
  • •Basic knowledge of robotics, ideally KUKA.
  • •Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and troubleshoot even without existing documentation.
  • •Ability to adapt and change electrical wiring diagrams using the appropriate software.
  • •Solid experience in mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
