Key Responsibilities

  • •Use your vehicle(s) or fleet to collect, deploy, relocate, and retrieve e-scooters and e-bikes across Edmonton daily.
  • •Operate using a task-based model, including retrieve & charge or retrieve & drop-off to the local Bird warehouse.
  • •Manage end-to-end operations for an assigned portfolio to ensure vehicles are available in high-demand areas.
  • •Perform light field checks to confirm vehicles are safe and environmentally friendly.
  • •Solve issues in real time by prioritizing tasks and navigating local geography efficiently.

Key Requirements

  • •Own or have consistent access to at least one large vehicle (van/truck) suitable for transporting multiple scooters/bikes.
  • •Access to storage space (garage, warehouse, or commercial facility) with electricity is highly preferred for overnight charging.
  • •Hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License (or applicable commercial license) with a clean driving record for all operating drivers.
  • •Be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk and handle heavy equipment for extended periods.
  • •Be available with a flexible schedule and willingness to operate regularly on weekends.
