Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure test readiness and resolve test issues.
  • •Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including test procedures aligned to product specifications.
  • •Partner with Test Equipment Engineering to define and improve test hardware and software.
  • •Support production testing by troubleshooting issues, integrating engineering changes, and managing test equipment in the manufacturing environment.
  • •Evaluate non-conforming material, determine disposition, perform RCCA, and lead cycle-time, ergonomic risk reduction, automation, and cost reduction initiatives.
