Develop and deploy cutting-edge LLM technologies for Paradox’s hiring agents used by global clients. You’ll research and experiment with new LLM approaches, implement practical applications in end-user-facing products, and design LLM evaluation frameworks to assess models and techniques. Working with lean methodologies, you’ll make intelligent software-building decisions to iterate quickly based on client feedback and deliver scalable, high-impact AI capabilities.

•Experience with LLM evaluations and integrating new AI models, parameters, and techniques.
•Fluent English and authorization to work in Israel.
