Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain reporting templates and dashboards to support project controlling activities across the project lifecycle.
  • •Develop standard reporting formats in Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, SAP PS/BW, Oracle, and other relevant tools; automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual work.
  • •Provide structured templates and frameworks to facilitate project data consolidation and ensure reporting inputs are organized and consistent for project reviews.
  • •Prepare visual performance reports and dashboards for project revenue, costs, margin, forecast, risks, opportunities, and change scope, supporting project reviews and leadership reporting.
  • •Support data alignment across systems (BW, Oracle, SAP PS, Salesforce, Power BI), help investigate differences, and improve data consistency and reporting reliability; document reporting logic and support AI automation use cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, financial reporting, project controlling, project management reporting, or a similar analytical role.
  • •Strong Excel and Power BI skills, including dashboard design, templates, data models, and automation.
  • •Experience supporting project data and financial indicators such as revenue, costs, margin, forecast, backlog, risks, opportunities, and change scope.
  • •Preferred: experience with SAP PS, Salesforce, BW, Oracle, and ability to reconcile and document reporting logic and data definitions.
