Job Summary

Drive data-driven strategy and execution for TikTok Shop’s rapidly scaling UK ecommerce business. You’ll lead analyses across merchant growth, product/content scaling, and key operating metrics, then partner with cross-functional teams to define initiatives, build analysis frameworks, and set quarterly/annual goals and roadmaps. •Establish business analysis frameworks to track key indicators, opportunities, and risks and deliver practical solutions.
•Set annual/quarterly business goals and implementation roadmaps, regularly conducting business reviews and summarizing improvement strategies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•2+ years of strategic and analytical experience in management consulting and/or tech/ecommerce companies.
•Strong understanding of ecommerce and/or digital advertising markets.
•Excellent analytical skills with strong numerical reasoning and modeling; proficiency in Excel and/or more advanced data science tools.
•Ownership and self-started mindset to proactively identify business challenges, analyze problems, and develop solutions.
