Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a subject matter expert on compliance and company policies and advise managers and employees.
  • •Coach and counsel managers on handling poor performance and misconduct cases.
  • •Support managers with execution and tracking of disciplinary actions in line with local laws and regulations.
  • •Handle terminations with proper steps and documentation to minimize labor-claim risk.
  • •Conduct impartial investigations for grievances and identify trends to improve procedural practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
