Job Summary

Partner with Product and Engineering to own product-level revenue and gross margin forecasting. Lead resource allocation and capacity planning, drive recurring performance reporting with KPI tracking and variance analysis, and support GTM Finance on targets and economics. •Own product-level revenue and gross margin forecasts, balancing bottom-up builds with top-down sanity checks.
•Partner with Product and Engineering leaders on headcount planning, roadmap-based capacity forecasting, and OpEx discipline while resolving trade-offs.
•Drive performance visibility with recurring reporting, KPI tracking, variance analysis, and early identification of risks and opportunities.
•Serve as the primary finance partner to Product and Engineering for go-to-market approach, targets, and economics in coordination with GTM Finance.
•Contribute analysis and narrative to quarterly board deck materials and ad hoc strategic reviews; mentor junior Strategic Finance team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 182,000 - 265,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity with direct exposure to product or engineering finance at a high-growth tech company.
•Strong command of product P&L mechanics, including revenue and gross margin forecasting, headcount and capacity planning, and software unit economics.
•Ability to own ambiguous, judgment-intensive problems with minimal oversight and know when to escalate.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including distilling complex analysis for Product, Engineering, and executive audiences.
•Experience partnering with Product or Engineering leaders is strongly preferred; fintech or financial services experience is a plus.
